In this era of hyper-accountability for ethics and character in leadership, our nation is in critical need of business, medical, educational, governmental, and cultural leaders who can respond to demands made by skeptical stakeholders with transparency, accountability, ethics, and character.
The Siegel Institute has responded to this need by offering a speaker series featuring leaders from all walks of life who share their experiences, challenges, and solutions. For your reference, you can access our past Speaker Series events in our archives. See links to archives below.
2007-2008 is our "Year of Authentic Leadership." We can verify the authenticity of everything from original art to currency, ancient documents to DNA. How do we identify "authentic leadership?" It's easy to question whether "authentic" leaders can be found in any field's ranks, based on what we hear about "fallen" leaders in the daily news. Are "authentic" leaders born, or can they be made? How likely is it that authentic leaders exist? How do leaders rebuild trust or restore tarnished reputations following mismanaged ethical dilemmas? These are just some of the issues to be explored.
With an exemplary line-up of events and speakers, you can look at leadership through the lens of those who have walked the talk. Speakers will explore real leadership issues, consequences of choices, lessons learned, and advice birthed from wisdom gained through experience. See how authenticity can emerge in the process of personal journey, trials and self-examination. See current flier of events.

If your company would like to sponsor the full season of speakers, or an individual speaker or event, please contact us. Sponsors who contribute at the $1,000 level or above gain membership in the Society of Leadership, Ethics and Character as a Legacy Circle member.
