Graduate Certificate in Leadership and Ethics
KSU ACADEMIC CALENDARS AND ILEC COURSES OFFERED
Foundation of the program
This course of study approaches ethics and leadership as equal partners. Leadership training, without an understanding of ethics, does not produce responsible, accountable leaders. Ethics, without a leadership view, does not provide the necessary tools, knowledge, and skills to develop and implement vision and forward thinking. Thus, the interdependence of ethics and leadership is addressed in the Siegel Institute’s Leadership and Ethics Graduate Certificate Program.
Prospective students of the program
- Students pursuing any of our partner master degrees should be attracted to the convenience of being able to add the Graduate Certificate in Leadership and Ethics to their master's degree program by only taking an additional nine hours of ILEC course work.
- This certificate program attracts KSU alumni to return to KSU to add this certification to their career qualifications.
- Alumni from any accredited university who meet admissions requirements of KSU and the Siegel Institute are also eligible for this program.
