The Journal of Ethics in Leadership (hereafter JEL) is a bi-annual scholarly journal publishing qualitative and quantitative studies of ethics; leadership; ethics in leadership; and the nexus of ethics, leadership, and peace.
JEL also publishes scholarly book review essays of current works in the fields of ethics, leadership and peace studies serving our readers’ interests as well as a service to the relevant academic and professional professions.
